Welcome to Maxomore.lk. By accessing or using our ERP platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” refer to Maxomore.lk.
“User”, “You”, “Your” refers to any individual or business using our services.
“Services” refers to the Maxomore.lk ERP system and related products or support.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use our services.
Users agree to use Maxomore.lk only for lawful business purposes.
You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in activities that may disrupt the service.
Login credentials are personal and must not be shared outside your organization.
Access to Maxomore.lk is provided on a subscription basis (monthly or annually).
All fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment.
Users retain ownership of their business data stored in Maxomore.lk.
We will take reasonable measures to protect your data but are not liable for breaches caused by external attacks beyond our control.
Use of your data is subject to our Privacy Policy.
Finance and HR modules are designed with Sri Lankan VAT, NBT, EPF, and ETF compliance, but users are responsible for verifying accuracy with their auditors and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
All software, designs, logos, and content provided by Maxomore.lk remain our exclusive property.
Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the ERP system during their subscription.
Maxomore.lk is provided “as is” and “as available”.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses, including but not limited to data loss, financial loss, or business interruption.
Users may terminate their subscription by providing written notice [insert days, e.g., 30 days].
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
